Alana De La Garza is a beautiful actress that is leaving a mark on the screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza emigrated shortly to Texas and studied the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas before moving to Orlando Florida where she experienced various acting roles such as local independent films and international commercials. Even though she had small parts, De La Garza quickly realized her passion for performing. The year 2001 saw her move to New York where her first part was in All My Children's morning soap-opera as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000, she acted tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role as her first part of a series on The Mountain, a short-lived television drama. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her role most well-known for is her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Following a brief time, her character moved into Law & Order: LA. Milano started her acting career at seven when her babysitter took her along on an audition for acting. From more than 1,000 candidates her name was picked among only four. Milano has appeared in ads in both Broadway and on TV, including the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
